  • Queensboro Marine has supplied the Suez Canal Authority Three “QME-100 TaZ Self Propelled” oil skimmer packages using a Foilex TDS-250 pump. The package was sold through Abasco LLC. And Foilex to SCA.

  • Queensboro Marine Provided 38, 30ton oil skimmers to the 2010 Gulf Oil Spill. These skimmers were sold to MSRC (Marine Spill Response Corporation) BP's spill response contractor. This spill provided some challenges for most skimming equipment though our skimmer was proven to be effective at combating the heavy oil that spilled out of the deepwater horizon well.

  • Queensboro Marine has recently sold a “QME-100 TaZ” oil recovery skimmer package using a Lobe Pro Transfer pump to Naviera Bourbon Tamaulipas. This unit has been mounted on an AHTS anchor handling vessel operating out of the Gulf of Mexico.
