QME - 80

The QME-80 is a single bank rotary skimmer capable of recovering up to 80m3 of oil per hour. It features large interchangeable brush, disc, and drum skimming modules that allow the skimmer to be quickly adapted to recover light to heavy oils. Intended as an offshore skimmer, it has excellent wave riding characteristics and a robust all aluminum construction. If necessary, it can also be used in shallow bodies
of water down to a depth of 16 inches.

The skimmer comes with a unique pitch adjustment feature that can be used to balance the skimmer
based on its configuration, as the type of onboard pump and recovery bank installed affects the balance
of the skimmer. Furthermore, a modular design and strategically placed access ports along oil conveying cavities reduce time required for decontamination.
